Our ESG Practises

CTM is constantly adapting our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices and strategies to the needs of our people and environment. Our people-first culture is the driving force behind all we do, including our ESG goals. CTM is committed to adapting our targets to meet the global community’s targets for a better world. By prioritising ESG principles, we can make a significant difference in the world. By working with our partners, stakeholders, and people, we can create a more sustainable future together.

Our ESG Goals

We have aligned our strategies to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by all the UN’s Member States in 2015. At CTM, we have greatly emphasised adhering to global ESG principles. These principles are integral to our commitment to sustainable business practices, which are designed to have a positive impact on both society and the planet. To achieve this, we have implemented various initiatives that aim to reduce our carbon footprint, promote diversity,  inclusion, and demonstrate ethical behaviour in all aspects of our operations. Our dedication to these principles extends beyond our immediate business objectives and encompasses our contribution to local communities in our efforts to minimise waste. All of our goals are outlined in our annual sustainability reports.
