Thomas Huge-Christensen New CFO
C Transport Maritime S.A.M. (CTM) today announced that Luigi Pulcini, the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), after a distinguished tenure contributing to the company’s growth and financial stewardship, has stepped down from his role. Thomas Huge-Christensen has been appointed as CTM’s new CFO.
Luigi Pulcini has been a key figure at CTM for over 20 years, leading the finance team and managing important financial strategies that have strengthened the company’s position in the maritime industry. His dedication, network and expertise have been crucial in guiding the company and contributing to its success over the years.
Thomas Huge-Christensen has joined CTM with over 20 years of extensive experience in senior finance roles within the shipping and energy infrastructure sectors. His previous positions at notable organisations, such as A.P. Moller-Maersk and Gaslog Ltd., have given him invaluable insights and a deep understanding of the industry landscape. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Copenhagen. He has further added to his expertise by completing executive-level courses at the world-renowned Harvard Business School.

The Chairman of the company, John Michael Radziwill, commented on Luigi’s announcement of his resignation: “Luigi has been an integral member of the CTM family since we first opened our doors. He has also been a respected mentor and friend, providing guidance and support that have touched everyone who has been part of our CTM family over the years. We will truly miss his presence in the office.”
As CFO, Thomas will focus on enhancing CTM’s financial operations and strategy, ensuring the company is well-positioned to achieve its long-term objectives. On accepting the role of CFO, Mr Huge-Christensen had this to say: “ I am honoured to step into the role of CFO at C Transport Maritime and build upon the solid foundation that Luigi established. I look forward to working alongside our talented team to drive continued growth and innovation as we navigate the future of the maritime sector.”
Before departing CTM, Luigi had this to say: “My journey has been long and exciting; however, the time has come for me to disembark, but CTM’s journey will continue. I wish CTM, its shareholders, John Michael, Carlos, Thomas and all my colleagues safe seas and calm winds.”
